I?ve started realizing recently that regular roof upkeep really matters, especially for homes near the coast. Stuff like seasonal inspections along with catching small issues early tend to help a lot when it comes to avoiding bigger repair costs down the road. I always thought roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age really adds up over time. Interested to hear how often others here get roof inspections and what which signs they usually watch for.
